TN: Bar girls rock AIADMK's election campaign stage!

Chennai, March 6: As the Election Commission sounded the poll bugle on Wednesday by announcing the elections dates, the political parties are coming up with bizarre ways to woo voters.

According to reports, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa- led AIADMK party called 'bar girls' to dance at the stage that was meant for election campaigning.

Infact, some party leaders, too, displayed their dancing skills with bar girls, who electrified the stage till late night.

Jayalalithaa, was not present at the stage, but her big poster at the stage was enough o show her virtual presence.

Although, the act cannot be seen as a violation of moral code of conduct, but, this way of wooing voters is also not justified.

DMK MLA from Chepauk-Triplicane constituency and South Chennai district secretary J Anbazhagan mocked at AIADMK's way of election campaigning on the micro-blogging site Twitter and tweeted in Tamil as, "Is this AIADMK's election campaign?"
