While there has been no official confirmation from either side, social media buzz around Vijay's potential constituency has intensified in recent weeks. Among the names now doing the rounds is that of Divya Sathyaraj, daughter of veteran actor Sathyaraj, who is increasingly being seen as a possible challenger if the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief decides to test his strength in the Chennai constituency.

The speculation gains weight because Divya Sathyaraj has, in recent months, been openly critical of Vijay in public speeches. Her remarks, often laced with taunts and pointed attacks, have drawn attention in political circles and online discussions alike.
