Cyclone Fengal: Electrocuted Man's Body Found Floating Near Flooded Chennai ATM
A disturbing video shows a body floating in floodwaters outside an ATM in Chennai, where it was prodded with a wooden pole before being pulled out by a few men.
The man, who has not yet been identified, is believed to have been electrocuted, according to the police, who have launched an investigation.

Chennai has been experiencing heavy rainfall as Cyclone Fengal, which earlier skirted the coast of Sri Lanka, is expected to make landfall later in the evening.
The storm has already claimed the lives of at least 12 people, including six children, in Sri Lanka.
Due to the cyclone, Chennai International Airport has been temporarily shut until 7 p.m. Waterlogging has been reported in several parts of the city.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of heavy to very heavy rain across Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Kallakurichi, and Cuddalore districts in Tamil Nadu, as well as in Puducherry.
Scientists have raised concerns that storms are intensifying due to climate change, which is driven by the burning of fossil fuels.
