Chennai's Koyambedu Market experiences fluctuations in vegetable prices, with beans, beetroot, and chow chow prices dropping and drumstick, snake gourd prices increasing.

Fluctuating Prices of Beans
Beans have shown significant price variations recently. On June 29, beans were priced at Rs 90 per kg. By July 2, the price had risen to Rs 120 per kg. Today, beans are being sold at Rs 100 per kg, reflecting another change in its cost.
Beetroot and Chow Chow Price Trends
Beetroot prices have also fluctuated. In June, the price increased from Rs 50 per kg to Rs 80 per kg. On Tuesday, beetroot was sold at Rs 80 per kg but has now decreased to Rs 70 per kg. Similarly, chow chow's price rose from Rs 30 per kg at the start of June to Rs 50 per kg by month-end. Yesterday, it was sold at Rs 50 per kg but has dropped to Rs 40 per kg today.
Drumstick and Snake Gourd Price Changes
Drumstick prices have seen considerable changes as well. On June 20, drumsticks were priced at Rs 190 per kg. This fell to Rs 120 per kg on June 25 and further dropped to Rs 100 on June 27. By June 29, the price had decreased to Rs 80 per kg but has risen again to Rs 90 per kg today.
Snake gourd prices have also been unstable recently. Yesterday, it was sold at Rs 20 per kg but has increased by Rs 15 today, making it Rs 35 per kg.
The market continues to experience fluctuations in vegetable prices due to various factors affecting supply and demand.
