In a major step towards modernizing public transportation, the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) launched the KCBT mobile app on Tuesday. The app aims to revolutionize commuter convenience at the Kalaignar Centenary Mofussil Bus Terminus (KCBT) in Kilambakkam.

Announcing the launch, CMDA and HR&CE Minister P.K. Sekarbabu called it a transformative move that integrates technology with transportation to create a seamless travel experience. Available on both Android and iOS platforms, the app caters to the needs of thousands of commuters relying on Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) and State Express Transport Corporation (SETC) services.
