Job Brief: We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.
The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing road map.
1. Curate relevant content to reach the company's ideal customers.
2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos and written) for social media.
3. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
4. Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
5. Develop and expand community outreach efforts.
6. Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, etc.)

8. Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
9. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.

1. Proven work experience of 5-7 years in social media with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position.
2. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
3. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge (Give links to profiles as examples).
4. Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
5. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO.
6. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
7. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with a good multitasking and organizational ability.
8. Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees/partners, i.e., content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management.
9. Maintain a working knowledge of principles of SEO, including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of "Search and Social".
10. Fluency in English and at least one Indian regional language.
