Gold, Silver Rate Today, February 18: Gold Prices Rise, Silver Declines; Check City-Wise Rates
The price of 24-carat gold increased by ₹10 in early trade on Tuesday, with ten grams of the precious metal trading at ₹86,630, as per GoodReturns.
Meanwhile, silver prices declined by ₹100, with one kilogram of the metal selling at ₹1,00,400.

The price of 22-carat gold also saw a ₹10 increase, bringing the cost of ten grams to ₹79,410.
In Mumbai, the price of ten grams of 24-carat gold is consistent with rates in Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad at ₹86,630.
In Delhi, however, the price for ten grams of 24-carat gold stood slightly higher at ₹86,780.
For 22-carat gold, ten grams in Mumbai remains on par with rates in Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad at ₹79,410.
In Delhi, the price of ten grams of 22-carat gold was marginally higher at ₹79,560.
The cost of one kilogram of silver in Delhi aligns with rates in Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Mumbai at ₹1,00,400, whereas in Chennai, it stood significantly higher at ₹1,07,900.
International Gold and Silver Prices
US gold prices edged higher on Tuesday, as uncertainty over President Donald Trump's tariffs continued to influence market sentiment, strengthening gold's position as a safe-haven asset amid fears of a potential global trade war.
Spot gold rose by 0.1 per cent to $2,898.99 as of 0030 GMT, while US gold futures gained 0.4 per cent to $2,912.60.
Spot silver, on the other hand, fell by 1.3 per cent to $32.37 per ounce. Platinum increased by 0.5 per cent to $980.29, and palladium climbed by 1.4 per cent to $976.35.
