Where And When Will Actor Darshan Undergo Surgery? In This Kengeri Hospital

Kannada actor Darshan, who got interim bail on medical grounds in connection with the murder case of Renuka Swamy, will undergo surgery soon.

As per the sources, the Kannada actor has decided to get his surgery done at the BGS Hospital located in Kengeri. He is likely to get admitted on Friday. Darshan spent his time at his Hosakerehalli residence after getting released from the Ballari jail.

As it was a Diwali festival, Darshan was at his home and he was met by his close aides and friends. His apartment is tightly guarded by the cops as there are chances of trying to sneak into his house.

If he fails to admit today, then he might get admitted on Monday and undergo surgery in the next few days, sources add. Earlier, he was considering Manipal Hospital and Apollo Hospitals for undergoing the surgery, but now he has decided to get admitted at the BGS.

The Karnataka High Court, while granting six-week bail, had clearly stated that Darshan should get admitted to the hospital soon and he should provide health updates to the court. He has also been asked to inform the date of his surgery to the court along with the proposed and follow-up treatment within one week after getting bail, The Indian Express reported.

"The medical condition of the petitioner cannot be addressed from jail and the specialist doctor has said that surgery is required to be done in a super speciality hospital. The impending or imminent danger if surgery is not performed is clearly spelled out in the medical report," the High Court said in the bail order.

He has been asked not to appear before the media nor give any interviews to print and TV channels. He has also been asked to refrain from sharing social media posts. The Kannada actor should immediately surrender before the court immediately after the expiry of his interim bail.

Darshan along with 16 others including his friend and actress Pavithra Gowda are arrested for allegedly murdering Renuka Swamy.

As per the chargesheet filed by the cops, Renuka Swamy was kidnapped and murdered by Darshan's aides for sending lewd messages to Pavithra Gowda.
