Spandana Vijay Raghavendra’s Body Likely To Be Brought Back To Bengaluru Tonight, Final Rites Tomorrow

Vijay Raghavendra, a renowned Kannada actor, is expected to bring back the body of his late wife, Spandana, to Bengaluru tonight. Spandana tragically passed away due to a heart attack during her vacation in Bangkok with her cousins.

According to reports, a post-mortem examination was conducted at a Bangkok hospital, and the remaining documentation is expected to be finalised this afternoon. Following local authority clearance, her body will be repatriated to Bengaluru.

Accompanying Spandana's husband Vijay Raghavendra, her father BK Shivaram, and brother Rakshit Shivaram are currently in Bangkok to facilitate the repatriation.

There are plans to place her body at a location in Malleswaram for members of the film industry to pay their last respects, though the final decision rests with Vijay Raghavendra.

Regarding the final rites, the family has yet to decide whether they will occur in Bengaluru or her native Belthangady.

According to Spandana's brother-in-law and actor, Sri Murali, she passed away peacefully in her sleep. Her cousins swiftly took her to a hospital when she became unresponsive, but she was declared deceased upon arrival.

Tragically, Spandana and Vijay were on the brink of celebrating their 16th wedding anniversary on August 26.
