As fans eagerly anticipate Rajinikanth's cinematic comeback, it's been reported by The Economic Times that several offices in Chennai and Bengaluru are granting leave to their employees on the day Jailer film is releasing in theaters. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, "Jailer," featuring Rajinikanth in the lead role, is scheduled to hit theaters on August 10. One can watch the film in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.
Some companies are even gifting complimentary tickets to their staff members.

Amid the countdown to Jailer film's release, fans are displaying their excitement on social media platforms. The film's imminent debut at the box office has prompted a company to declare a holiday on August 10, specifically mentioning the release of superstar Rajinikanth's movie "Jailer."
The company's notice stated that the holiday was designated to prevent a deluge of leave requests to the HR department. The notice additionally highlighted their commitment to supporting anti-piracy efforts by furnishing complimentary tickets to employees.

Meanwhile, as reported by Koimoi, the advance booking for the initial day of "Jailer" screenings throughout India has already surged past an impressive Rs 8.80 crore.
With the release date approaching, this number is anticipated to experience a notable surge, potentially even reaching the noteworthy Rs 10-crore mark, as noted by the publication. Impressively, the movie has attained the second-highest position in terms of advance bookings for a Tamil film in the year 2023.
"Jailer" signifies Rajinikanth's reprisal as he portrays a retired police officer. This film also marks his inaugural collaboration with director Nelson Dilipkumar.

The official trailer for "Jailer," titled "Jailer Showcase," was unveiled earlier this month. The trailer provided a glimpse of Jackie Shroff's role as he menacingly interacts with Rajinikanth over a phone call. The cast of "Jailer" includes Priyanka Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, and Vinayakan.
Notably, the film features veteran Malayalam actor Mohanlal in an extended cameo. A new poster released on August 5 showcased Rajinikanth and Mohanlal sharing a frame, engrossed in conversation while seated on a couch. Sun Pictures, the production company, shared the poster, announcing, "Just 5 days left until the 'Jailer' storm hits theaters! 'Jailer' arrives on August 10."
