Modi Cabinet 3.0: 5 Leaders From Karnataka Likely To Join New Modi Sarkar?
Five prominent leaders from Karnataka, including senior BJP leader Pralhad Joshi, are expected to be sworn in as Cabinet ministers on Sunday.
The Members of Parliament (MPs) slated to join the Council of Ministers are Rajya Sabha member Nirmala Sitharaman, Bengaluru North Lok Sabha member Shobha Karandlaje, and Tumakuru Lok Sabha member V. Somanna, all representing the BJP.

Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy, who is the Mandya Lok Sabha member and an alliance partner, will also be inducted into the Union Cabinet today. All the MPs who will be joining the Council of Ministers attended a tea programme at the Prime Minister's residence in New Delhi at 11:30 am.
The oath-taking ceremony is scheduled to take place at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday evening at 7:15 pm.
Hubballi-Dharwad Lok Sabha member Joshi has previously served as the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and the Minister of Coal in the Modi government. Nirmala Sitharaman has held the position of Finance Minister, while Shobha Karandlaje has served as the Minister of State for Agriculture.
Shobha Karandlaje, upon her induction into the Cabinet, will represent the Vokkaliga community from Karnataka, whereas Somanna will represent the Lingayat community, according to BJP sources.
