  • Ticket prices are set at Rs 80 for adults and Rs 30 for children during weekdays. On weekends, the prices are Rs 100 for adults and Rs 30 for children. School children in uniform are granted free entry.
  • The flower show is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

In preparation for the event, the Horticulture Department, volunteers, and the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) held a strategic meeting to ensure the renowned show remains waste-free, as reported by the Bangalore Mirror.

The Horticulture Department has partnered with Beautiful Bharat for nearly a decade to manage these events. A representative emphasized the importance of reducing litter and plastic waste. "While banned items have decreased, they still enter the premises, especially NWPP bags, which many believe are cloth. We aim to bridge this knowledge gap by raising awareness among vendors," she stated in the report.

Under the new guidelines, vendors must pay a refundable deposit of ₹5,000 and agree to a contract that prohibits banned items and requires them to maintain cleanliness in their areas. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own bags and reusable bottles, as single-use paper bags and bottled water are not allowed at Lalbagh. Additionally, reusable steel plates will be used for feeding police and staff, with arrangements made in advance, according to the report.

Supporting the waste collection efforts during the flower show will be organizations like Beautiful Bharat, Saahas, and the Indian Ploggers Army.
