Karnataka: Six dead after a crane collapses in Kalaburagi

Bengaluru, Aug 2: At least six people were killed and one person is injured after a crane collapsed at an under-construction cement factory in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, on Thursday evening.

Initially, it was reported that three people had died and four were injured. But later, three of the four injured succumbed to injuries, taking the death toll to six.

One injured person is said to be critical.

The injured labourers were rushed to nearby hospital for the treatment.
