Bomb Threat At Kadamba Hotel In Bengaluru's Jalahalli
The Kadamba Hotel (Kadamba Gardenia) in Jalahalli, Bengaluru, received a bomb threat via a letter. Bengaluru Police immediately responded upon learning about the threat but couldn't find any explosive substance.
In response to the threat, customers and staff were evacuated as a precautionary measure while the Jalahalli police and bomb squad investigated the premises. The area has since been secured and cordoned off. The threatening letter reportedly arrived by mail around noon on Monday, April 22nd.

Authorities formed a special team to analyse the letter, gather information, and review nearby CCTV footage.
The investigation comes after an anonymous letter mentioning a bomb at the Kadamba Hotel was also received at the Jalahalli police station.
Bengaluru police, already on high alert after the Rameswaram cafe blast, secured the hotel for a thorough investigation.
A hotel staff member described the evacuation around noon. They reported over a hundred staff members, including cooks, suppliers, and cleaners, were asked to leave alongside any arriving customers. The staff expressed confusion about the situation.
