After Hyderabad, BJP to charge audience at Modi's Bangalore rally

The BJP had charged Rs 5 per person for Modi's rally in Hyderabad on August 11. The funds raised were sent to Uttarakhand for the relief of those affected by the natural disaster of June this year. This time, the party has planned to use the funds for organisational purpose.
About 5 lakh people are expected to attend Modi's November 16 rally in Bangalore
Party officials met here on Wednesday to discuss the preparations ahead of Modi's rally and decided to fix Rs 10 as the entry fee. However, it was yet to be decided whether the amount is compulsory.
The collection of the fees will begin on October 30 at booth centres, Karnatka BJP president Prahlad Joshi said. He also said that the venue of the rally could be on the outskirts of Bangalore as about five lakh people are expected to participate.
