Bigg Boss Kannada Fame Divya Suresh Booked After Car Hits Two-Wheeler in Bengaluru

Former Bigg Boss Kannada contestant and actress Divya Suresh has been accused of hitting a two-wheeler and seriously injuring a woman in Bengaluru. The accident took place around 1.30 am on October 4 on MM Road in Bytarayanapura.

According to police sources, Divya Suresh allegedly fled the spot without stopping after the collision. The case came to light later following a complaint filed by Kiran, a relative of the injured woman, on the same day.

Complaint Details

As per the FIR, Kiran was riding a bike with his relatives Anusha and Anitha when a dog began chasing them. In an attempt to avoid it, he swerved slightly to the right. At that moment, Divya Suresh's car allegedly rammed into the two-wheeler, hitting Anitha's leg.

The actress then left the scene without offering help, according to the complaint.

Police Investigation

The Bytarayanapura Traffic Police traced the car's number through CCTV footage and later seized the vehicle. However, reports suggest that Divya Suresh managed to get her car released the same night.

Victim's Condition

The injured woman, Anitha, is a tailor from Mysuru. She sustained a fractured kneecap and underwent surgery at BGS Hospital. Her medical expenses have reached nearly ₹2 lakh, and she has reportedly been unable to walk for over a year due to the severity of the injury.

Meanwhile, Divya Suresh has not contacted the victim or her family following the incident, sources said.
