Bengaluru power cut: If you're living in the eastern part of Bengaluru, brace for a long power cut on May 31. The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM) has announced an eight-hour planned power outage on Saturday, 31 May, from 10 am to 6 pm.

The scheduled shutdown is part of ongoing maintenance and system upgrade work aimed at improving electricity infrastructure in the city.
