Bengaluru Woman Walks Into Police Station with Suitcase Containing Mother's Body

In a shocking incident, a woman from Bengaluru, identified as a physiotherapist from West Bengal, walked into a police station on Monday afternoon carrying a suitcase containing her mother's body. The incident occurred at the Mico Layout police station when the woman, in her mid-30s, confessed to the authorities that she had committed the murder.

Upon inspection, officials discovered a framed picture of the victim's husband placed inside the same suitcase alongside the deceased body. The woman was taken into custody immediately after she surrendered herself to the police.

According to the woman's account, she resides with her husband and admitted to administering sleeping pills to her mother before carrying out the heinous crime. The woman confessed to the murder of her mother, citing regular arguments between them as the motive, as informed by the cops.

According to reports, the accused is married, and her husband was not present when the incident took place. The woman's mother-in-law, however, was present in the house but was unaware of the murder since it took place inside a room, added the cops.

Meanwhile, a case was lodged against the daughter under Section 302 of IPC along with other sections.
