Bengaluru Weather Forecast: Pleasant Day with Light Rain Showers In East, South

Bengaluru is set to enjoy pleasant weather today, as the city started off with a cloudy morning and light showers reported in the eastern and southern parts on Thursday. This comes after heavy rainfall in recent days.

Temperatures in the city are currently hovering between 22°C and 26°C. While the skies remain partly cloudy, there's a slight chance of showers later in the afternoon, particularly between 2 pm and 4 pm.

According to weather bloggers, light rain and drizzle were observed in the city's south and east early this morning. However, they expect the skies to clear as the day progresses.

"There is a mild possibility of isolated rains this evening and night," one blogger mentioned.

Electronic City and Anjanapura experienced heavy rainfall, while areas like Cantonment, Domlur, Indiranagar, Ulsoor, Vasanth Nagar, and Bellandur received light showers.

Neighborhoods such as Rajajinagar, Malleswaram, Shivajinagar, Whitefield, and Marathahalli saw stable weather with no significant rainfall.

Regarding weather conditions, humidity levels in Bengaluru range from 65% to 80%, with light easterly winds blowing at speeds of 8 to 11 km/h. Visibility is good, exceeding 10 km. The sunrise occurred at 6:28 AM, and sunset is expected at 5:52 PM.

Looking ahead to Friday, temperatures are forecasted to range between 18.72°C and 27.44°C, with a slight increase in humidity to around 65%.

The air quality in Bengaluru remains excellent, with an AQI of 40, making it ideal for outdoor activities.
