Furthermore, the Meteorological department forecasts heavy rainfall over Kerala and Tamil Nadu on November 9. Notably, substantial rainfall was observed across Konkan, Goa, south Madhya Maharashtra, south Kerala, and south Tamil Nadu on November 8.
