Bengaluru Techie Suicide Case: The tragic demise of 34-year-old Bengaluru engineer Atul Subhash has sparked widespread calls for justice. Atul took his own life at his residence on a Monday morning, leaving behind a 90-minute video and a 24-page suicide note. In these documents, he disclosed enduring harassment from his estranged wife and her family, mentioning that his wife had lodged nine separate cases against him.
Following Atul's death, the Bengaluru police initiated legal action against members of his wife's family, including his wife Nikita Singhania, her mother, brother, and uncle. They were charged under sections 108 and 3(5) of the BNS. This move by the police comes as part of their investigation into the allegations raised by Atul in his final note and video.

In response to the allegations and the subsequent charges, Nikita Singhania's family has publicly declared their innocence. Talking to the media, Atul's wife's family expressed sorrow over tragic death but firmly stated that they are not guilty of what happened. They are innocent and will come out with all the proof soon. "We have done nothing wrong. We regret the Atul's death."
This statement indicates their intention to present evidence to support their claim of innocence in the face of the grave accusations leveled against them following Atul's untimely death.
