Bengaluru Power Cut Today: Four-Hour Outage In These Areas On Sep 30

Bengaluru will experience a power cut on September 30 from 11 AM to 4 PM due to urgent maintenance work by BESCOM. Affected areas include Hennur, Bili Shivale, and more.

Heads up, Bengaluru! Brace yourselves for a power cut on September 30th. BESCOM has announced that electricity supply will be disrupted in certain areas due to maintenance work. The Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) is conducting urgent maintenance on the 66/11 kV Hennur MUSS line and transformers.

Power Outage Details

The power cut will occur from 11 AM to 4 PM on Tuesday. Areas affected include Hennur Bande, Samudrika Enclave, Grace Garden, Christ Jyothi College, K Narayanapura, Bili Shivale, Asha Township, Aishwarya Layout, Maruti Township, Nagaragiri Township, K Narayanapura Cross, BDS Garden, Kothanur, Patel Ramayya Layout, Anjanappa Layout, CSI Gate, Byrathi Cross and Byrathi Village.

Additionally, Evergreen Layout, Kanakashree Layout, Geddalahalli, Blessing Garden and Mantri Apartment will experience outages. Other affected areas are Hiremath Layout, Trinity Fortune and Michael School. Residents of BHK Industries and Janakiram Layout should also prepare for disruptions.

Prepare for the Outage

In Vaddarapalya and Anugraha Layouts as well as Kaveri Layout and Doddagubbi Cross expect power cuts. Kuvempu Layout and Sangam Enclave along with Nakshatra Layout and Timmegowda Layout will face similar issues. Andhra Layout residents near Manjunath Temple should be ready too.

Agram BMP area including Devalaya AKR School and New Millennium School will also be affected. Lakkamma Layout and Prakash Garden are on the list as well. Christian College Road and surrounding regions will not have electricity during this period.

BESCOM advises residents in these areas to charge mobile phones laptops batteries and other essential devices beforehand. This precaution ensures you stay connected during the outage.
