Bengaluru Power Cut On September 26: Yelahanka And Shivaji Nagar Areas To Brace For Power Outage

Residents in several areas of Bengaluru, including will experience power outages on Thursday, September 26, due to essential maintenance work being conducted by the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM).

Bescom has stated that power will be disrupted in these areas due to line repair and maintenance work. "We regret the inconvenience caused due to the power outage. For more information or complaints, please contact the Bescom helpline at 1912 or visit http://bescom.karnataka.gov.in," the message said.

Which areas in Bengaluru will have a power cut?

Shivaji Nagar: Under the C7 sub-division, power will be disrupted from 10 AM to 4 PM in areas such as Honnenahalli, Singanayakanahalli, Rajanukunte, Adi Vishwanathapura, Marasandra, Shriramanahalli, Nelakunte, and surrounding localities.

L.R. Bande Division: The C5 sub-division will face power cuts from 10:30 AM to 4 PM in areas like Kavalbyrasandra, L.R. Bande Main Road, Chinnanna Layout, Kaveri Nagar, Ambedkar Medical College, Sultan Palya, Rankanagar, and nearby areas.

Yelahanka Division: Additionally, parts of A.K. Ashram Road, Deve Gowda Road, R.T. Nagar, Thimmayya Garden, Modi Garden, and other localities will also face outages due to work at the Yelahanka Bande Station from 10:30 AM to 4 PM.
