Bengaluru Power Cut on November 13: Full List of Areas Affected by BESCOM Maintenance

On November 13, Bengaluru will experience power outages in several areas due to maintenance work. The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) has announced that electricity supply will be disrupted as a precautionary measure. Residents are advised to charge their electronic devices like mobiles and laptops in advance to avoid inconvenience.

The power cut is scheduled from 11 AM to 4 PM on Thursday. This is due to emergency maintenance at the 66/11 kV Banaswadi substation. BESCOM has provided a list of affected areas, urging residents to prepare accordingly.

Areas Affected by Power Outage

Power interruptions will occur in Horamavu P&T Layout, Nisarga Colony, Nandan Colony, Ashirwad Colony, Jyothinagar, Agara, Balaji Layout, Chinnaswamy Layout, Coconut Grove, Devamata School area, Amar Regency, and Vijaya Bank Colony. Additionally, HBR Layout's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Blocks and Kammanahalli Main Road will also face disruptions.

Kalyan Nagar, SB Water Tank area, Hennur Village, Chellikere, Meghana Palya, Gedalahalli, Kothanur, Vaddarapalya, Janakiram Layout, BDS Garden, Satya Enclave and Prakruthi Layout in Hoysalanagar are included in the list of affected regions. Surrounding areas will also experience power cuts during this period.

Additional Areas Facing Power Cuts

Brindavan Layout, Vinayaka Layout, Vivekananda Layout and Manjunath Nagar Road are among the other localities affected. NRI Layout near Sundaranjaneya Temple and Double Road will also see power outages. Other impacted areas include Punya Bhoomi Layout and Samad Layout.

Yasin Nagar and PNS Layout near Kullappa Circle will face electricity disruptions too. In addition to these places, HB Road's 2nd Block and Rajkumar Park along with Sangolli Rayanna Road will be affected. Nehru Road and the 80 Feet Road stretch are also on the list.

Further Impacted Regions

Kammanahalli Main Road near Mariyappa Circle is another area facing power cuts. KK Halli Depot and CMR Road along with Nanjundappa Road are included as well. Karavalli Road and Ramayya Layout along with surrounding regions will experience outages.

Dodda Banaswadi and Ramamurthy Nagar Main Road are also affected by the maintenance work. Krishna Reddy Layout and Gopal Reddy Layout along with Chikka Banaswadi will have power interruptions too.

BESCOM advises residents in these areas to take necessary precautions by charging their mobile phones and laptops beforehand.
