Bengaluru penthouse sold online for Rs 6 crore
Bengaluru, July 3: A luxury penthouse built by Mantri Developers here was sold for a whopping Rs.6 crore, the leading real estate group said on Friday.
The group claimed it to be the highest online residential sale in the country till date.

"The sale was conducted on Snapdeal, a leading e-tail platform, with which we have tied up to sell premium and luxury residential apartments online," Mantri managing director Sushil Mantri said in a statement.
Designed in the Spanish colonial style, the penthouse in Mantri Espana was built on the Mediterranean style of arches, tiled courtyards, red roof and terraces with big windows and open space.
"Our penthouses have family terrace area, with a scenic view of lake and greenery around," Mantri asserted.
Poornima, who bought the penthouse, said she explored the e-platform and found its information to the point, payment process quick and secure.
"I avoided trips to project sites and developers' offices by searching online for a premium house at a good deal," Poornima said.
As a pioneer in the digital marketing segment through video chat, Mantri offers secure payment gateways for online purchase and a corporate mobile app (application) for instant property viewing.
"Real estate category online has been growing at about 400 percent since its launch in August 2014 with other partners getting on-board, as our platform offers multiple options with service support," Snapdeal vice-president Amit Maheshwari said.
