In response to the flood of memes, @Bharath_MG chose to delete his original posts and issued a new one, along with an apology. He stated, "I never expected such a huge response to my rental tweet! Most of the responses were positive, with some criticism for the rent increase. I genuinely apologise for that!" He also pledged not to raise the rent after entering into a rental agreement.
