Bengaluru Breeder S Satish Lied About 50-Cr Worth Wolfdog, Says ED After Raiding His House

For weeks, media houses buzzed over a jaw-dropping claim made by Bengaluru-based dog breeder S Satish-he said he bought the world's most expensive wolfdog for a staggering Rs 50 crore. The rare hybrid, called Cadabomb Okami, was allegedly a cross between a wild wolf and a Caucasian Shepherd. Videos went viral, and Satish became a household name overnight. But now, the story has taken a dramatic turn.

A major development has come from none other than the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which has cracked down on what appears to be a carefully orchestrated hoax.

Bengaluru Breeder S Sathish Lied About 50-Cr Worth Wolfdog Says ED After Raiding His House

OneIndia's initial verification had already raised red flags about the authenticity of Satish's claims. But the ED's recent raid has confirmed the suspicions- Satish was faking the entire narrative.

According to ED officials, Satish had been borrowing dogs from other breeders and creating viral videos, falsely claiming that he had purchased exotic foreign breeds for crores of rupees. The ED began probing his finances, income sources, and GST records, eventually conducting a raid at his sprawling bungalow in Bengaluru.

During document verification, it was found that the Rs 50-crore price tag was a false. There were no legitimate import documents, and the so-called foreign breeds turned out to be local dogs presented as rare international imports. The investigation is still ongoing, but officials have already initiated legal proceedings against Satish for spreading misinformation and potential financial irregularities.

Who is S Satish?

Satish is the self-proclaimed president of the Indian Dog Breeders' Association. Once an avid dog lover, he reportedly stopped actively keeping dogs years ago but continued to claim ownership of rare breeds. According to his statements, he monetised his dogs by showcasing them at events, charging up to Rs 2.46 lakh for a 30-minute show and over Rs 10 lakh for longer exhibitions.

Satish justified the claimed investment by saying, "This dog is rare, and people are always excited to see it. I attract more attention than a movie actor."

He also stated that his seven-acre bungalow was equipped with 10-foot-high walls and 24/7 CCTV surveillance to protect his prized canines.

What Happens Next?

The ED's probe is ongoing, and more details are expected to emerge in the coming days. For now, S Satish's story stands as a cautionary tale about social media sensationalism and the lengths some will go for viral fame.
