The tender was floated on July 9 for the preparation of a feasibility study report on the Namma Metro project expansion of 50 km and construction of 68 km of new routes, and a Hyderabad-based company has been awarded the contract. The study report is expected to outline the details of the new routes and infrastructure required for the expansion.
