Bengaluru: 3 accused arrested for gangraping a woman from Assam
Bengaluru, May 18: In a major breakthrough, Bengaluru police on Wednesday, May 18 arrested three men who are accused of gangraping a 26-year-old woman.
According to reports, all three accused-- Babu, Khalid and Bukhtiyar, were known to the victim and were arrested by Electronic City police officials on Tuesday, May 17.

The woman, who is a native of Assam was allegedly gangraped on Monday, May 16 following which a police complaint was registered.
The victim used to work at a beauty salon near Electronic City ares of the IT City.
According to police, the dastardly act was committed at the birthday party of one of the accused's house on the night of Sunday, May 15.
All three accused will be sent for a medical examniation, report added.
