Aero India 2025: Hotel Prices Hit Rs 20,000+ Per Night
In the lead-up to Aero India 2025, the city of Bengaluru is witnessing a surge in hotel prices, reflecting the increasing demand for accommodations. As the premier international aerospace and defense exhibition draws near, luxury hotels, which normally cost between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 per night, are now pricing their rooms at over ₹20,000.
Mid-range hotels too are not immune to the price hikes, as the influx of international delegations and local visitors fuels the demand for lodging. To cater to the growing number of attendees, hospitality businesses based in areas close to the event venue in Devanahalli and Yelahanka are offering attractive packages, including complimentary food and transportation services.

The simultaneous Invest Karnataka 2025 summit is another crucial factor contributing to the accommodation shortage. This high-profile investor meeting has attracted a large number of international delegates, entrepreneurs, and investors to Bengaluru, further exacerbating the hotel booking crunch. Interestingly, the increased demand for accommodations is not limited to the city alone; neighboring regions like Anantapur and Krishnagiri in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are also witnessing a surge in hotel reservations.
To ensure a smooth and incident-free experience for the attendees, local authorities have implemented traffic management measures around the event venue at Yelahanka Air Force Station. Travelers heading to Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) are advised to use alternative routes, such as Hennur-Bagalur Road, to avoid congestion. Additionally, temporary airspace restrictions may be in place, which could impact flight operations, and airlines are notifying passengers of possible delays or cancellations to minimize disruption.
The Aero India 2025 exhibition, expected to attract thousands of visitors from across the globe, is set to bring significant economic benefits to Karnataka. However, the increased demand for accommodations, coupled with potential traffic and flight disruptions, highlights the need for efficient planning and management to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
