Accident Caught On Cam: KSRTC Bus Runs Over Woman In Tumakuru, Kills On Spot

In a devastating incident near Tumakuru Town Hall, a woman lost her life after being struck by a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus. The video of the incident has now gone viral.

The bus, operating from the Kadur depot and en route from Kadur to Bengaluru, was involved in the tragic collision. The deceased is identified as Manjamma. She was crossing the road when the bus hit her from behind.

The CCTV footage reveals the horrifying sequence of events. After hitting Manjamma, Satish did not stop the bus immediately. Instead, he continued driving, causing the front wheel of the bus to run over her, inflicting severe injuries. As the bus moved further, the rear wheel also crushed her, killing her on the spot.

It was only after the rear wheel had passed over Manjamma that Satish finally brought the bus to a halt. By then, it was tragically too late to save her. The footage clearly highlights the driver's negligence, as he made no attempt to stop or even slow down immediately after the collision.
