Rahul Gandhi eyes 25 Lok Sabha seats from Karnataka

Gandhi was focussing on selection of group of members to carry out a discreet study of candidates in each of the state constituencies, KPCC sources said. The group is said to visit the state in September last week or early October.
The Congress is sincerely hoping for a good show in Karnataka
The KPCC will also send a three-member team across the state to make a study and decide a strategy on the election. A Bangalore-based agency has been asked to undertake the study and it will prepare a list of possible candidates, which will be sent to New Delhi.
Karnataka is one of the few states where the Congress is heavily banking for a good show in the next Lok Sabha polls. The party wrested power here from arch-rivals BJP after a long time and also handsomely won the recent Lok Sabha and Legislative Council bypolls.
