Sonia Gandhi is "imported", send her back to Italy: Uddhav Thackeray

Mumbai, Sep 1: Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday, attacked Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, reportedly calling her an "imported leader" who should be "sent back" to her native Italy.

He made the remarks while addressing party workers in the temple town of Ramtek town near Nagpur, reported India Today.

Manmohan Singh does not show similar aggression to Pakistan or China.

He also slammed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for showing on the NDA in the Rajya Sabha and said he never showed such "aggression" when Pakistani and Chinese repeatedly infiltrated into Indian territory.

"Instead of showing aggression to opposition leaders, I wonder why Prime Minister Manmohan Singh does not show similar aggression to Pakistan or China who repeatedly infiltrate into Indian soil," he said in Ramtek - the constituency of Congress MP Mukul Wasnik.

He also dismissed reports that the Shiv Sena was ready to take over Ramtek seat to alliance partners BJP and RPI.
