Video: After Sooraj, now Aditya Pancholi to be arrested?

Mumbai, July 16: Days after his son Sooraj's bail, Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi is likely to be arrested as a fresh FIR has been filed against him. Mumbai Police informed that the actor along with his domestic help Sunil were accused of trespassing into his neighbour's house before misbehaving with their servant.

The duo were booked under sections 427 (causing damage) 452 (trespass, assault or wrongful restraint), 323 (punishment for causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Pancholi's neighbour Bhaskar Patel's educationist son Bhargav Patel's vehicle was parked below Magnum Opus society, when an unidentified person allegedly threw a heavy gunny bag on the vehicle from the terrace of the four-storey building, damaging the rear glasses of the vehicle. It was alleged that Pancholi caused the damage, however, no one had witnessed the incident.

Recently, a video has been released showing the actor's nasty fight with the same neighbour. Speaking about the video, an IPS officer was quoted as saying, "On Jan 15, Pancholi showed up at Patel's doorstep with a few men, dragged Patel out and punched him."

The Pancholis have been going through a tough phase. Aditya's son Sooraj was arrested in connection with late actress Jiah Khan's suicide case. Spending days behind the bar, the young aspiring actor was granted bail by the Bombay High Court.
