Hyderabad blasts: One suspect arrested in Ranchi

A team from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Ranchi Police arrested him last night, Senior Superintendent of Police, Saket Kumar Singh said.
According to reports, the National Invetigation Agency (NIA) and the Anti-Terrorism Squad have been searching for Imam for the last two years. He was also wanted in connection with bomb blasts in Ahmedabad and Kerala.
According to reports, he was produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court by the police who also got permission to take him in 5 day transit remand. He is going to be taken to Eranakulam in Kerala where he will be interrogated. Imam was nabbed on Sunday night when he was going to his house in Bariatu.
Commotion prevailed as his relatives got together at the court demanding that they meet him.
The Hyderabad blasts which shook the city on Feb 21, took the life of 16 persons.
