After Sonia Gandhi, Ramdev invites 'trainees' to join him

The yoga guru claimed that many more people are expected to join the protest, which entered the second day on Friday, Aug 10.
Addressing the crowd gathered at Ramlila, Ramdev asked people to raise their hands who wished to join him in Haridwar as trainees against corruption, for a period of three years.
Ramdev began his second day of protest with yoga.
The yoga guru earlier on Thursday waved a bunch of papers and said in the public platform that he had evidence to prove that close to Rs 20000 lakh crore have been swindled.
Treading a safe path and learning from the mistakes committed by Team Anna while they were protesting, Ramdev in his speech said that he has no agenda against any political party and anyone across party lines can join in his effort to bring back crores of black money stashed abroad.
"We are not here to blame any party nor to dislodge anyone from power, but for to do good of the country. I welcome Sonia Gandhi to join the movement," asserted the yoga guru.
Ramdev's second round of protest witnessed an expansion of his agenda from black money to Lokpal Bill, making CBI independent and a more transparent procedure for appointing Election Commissioners, CAG, CVC and CBI Director.
Ramdev's previous protest in Ramlila Maidan from Jun 4, 2011 ended in a midnight police crackdown on Jun 6 morning with authorities claiming that he violated the norms agreed upon. He was caught by police while trying to flee from the venue in women's attire.
