India: Airports on high alert after a human bomb threat

According to reports, the NSG and CISF teams have been alerted about the possible terror strike. More security personnels have been deployed at airports, said sources.
The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) on May 7 had issued an advisory stating of a possible terror threat to all airports and airlines.
Meanwhile, the news comes at the backdrop of al-Qaeda's terror bid foiled by the US.
Reports reveal that al-Qaeda's Yemen based branch had planned to give away a "underwear bomb" to a suicide bomber, who would blow up US bound airline or any plane heading towards Western country. The device was confiscated within the last 10 days.
