Swamy in trouble, Chennai company to take legal action

Chennai, Apr 27: A Chennai based company, Advantage Strategic Consulting Pvt Ltd is all set to take legal action against

over his comments that a financial transaction took place between Kranti, that allegedly controlled ASCP in 2006, and Aircel Televenture. [UPDATE:

"My client M/s Advantage Strategic Consulting Pvt Ltd (ASCP) had taken notice of the press meet held by Mr Subramanian Swamy on 26th April, 2012.

The company states that they have placed the matter in the hands of their lawyers to take appropriate legal action immediately," R Balachandran, Chartered Accountant of the company, said in a statement.

Kranti, however, refuted all the charges levelled against it by Swamy.

Meanwhile, Subramanian Swamy earlier lashed out at Union Home Minister P Chidambaram. He said that the Home Minister helped his son Karti Chidambaram in the controversial Maxis-Aircel Deal.
