Aarushi case: Nupur's non-bailable warrant extended

Ghaziabad, Apr 18: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court granted an extension of non-bailable warrant against Nupur Talwar in connection with Aarushi Talwar's murder case.

The CBI appealed to the court to extend the non-bailable warrant as it had expired on Wednesday, Apr 18 and the agency asked for a fresh non-bailable warrant to arrest her.

14-year-old Aarushi was found dead with her throat slit at the Talwar's Noida residence on the outskirts of Delhi on May 16, 2008. The domestic helper, Hemraj was also found dead on the terrace a day after Aarushi's murder. The UP police had accused and arrested Rajesh Talwar, Aarushi's father over the case before the CBI took over the investigation.
