Meanwhile, Akali-BJP alliance in Punjab is moving towards a second-term reign in the state with lead in over 60 seats in the 177-member Assembly.
On the other side, in the crucial Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party seems to be emerging as the biggest party with lead in over 100 seats, followed by the BSP and BJP in third and Congress finishing a poor fourth.
