Indians to get 20% pay hike in 2012?

A Salary Increase Survey was conducted by global HR consultancy, according to that survey, the salary of employees may increase by 11.9 per cent.
The survey was conducted among 1,000 recruiters and around 32 percent respondents felt that the hike would be between 10-15 per cent. "31 per cent said increments will be within the range of 15-20 per cent," it noted. While 15 percent percent of recruiters said that the increase would be less than 5 percent.
Meanwhile, Aon Hewitt noted salary hikes at above 12% for the junior and middle management level employees and 15.1 per cent for talented employees this year.
