Bihar health minister threatens to cut off doctors' hands

Ahead of the latent strike by the doctors, the minister threatened that he may cut off the hands of the doctors to withdraw their strike.
During a meeting, Choubey was quoted as saying, "Who dares to stop hospitals from running? I will not allow that, I can take extreme steps, even chop off your hands if you try to obstruct public welfare."
However, later the health minister was compelled to withdraw his statement. Choubey also clarified that he had just used a phrase and what he meant was that those doctors who were found wanting would be stripped off their degrees.
Here it can be mentioned that the junior doctors in the state earlier had threatened to begin strike demanding hike the stipend.
