Google celebrates Republic Day with doodle
Google India celebrates 63 years of Republic day with colourful doodles on its home page on Thursday, Monday 26.
The three decorated elephants carrying two children each along with a tricoloured umbrella on it's back, making a reference to National Bravery Award winning children and a parade in Rajpat, New Delhi on the day of Republic.

In 2011 nineteen children of the 24 with brave hearts will partiucpate in the parade at New Delhi. PM Moanmohan Singh this year, on Jan 23, awarded a group of selected children for their fearless gesture in setting up an exemplary way at the very tender age. And five children awarded posthumously.
The National Bravery Award Scheme was initiated by the Indian Council for Child Welfare. Every year children from different states are being selected for this categorie based on their striking deed of bravery, meritorious service and to inspire other children to emulate their example.
And the theme of the Goggle logo at the background on this special occasion appears to be rangoli.
