Obscene MMS of minor girl, man doing rounds in Goa

Margao, Dec 8: An offensive case against an unknown accused has been registered by the police after an obscene MMS of a minor girl in a compromising position with a man was doing the rounds among the student communities in Curchorem, Goa.

A case has been registered under Sections 66 and 67 of the IT Act (publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form).

Investigations into the matter are under way and based on the MMS, police are trying to find out the identity of the accused, said police sources.
