CBI to give Rs 5 lac for info on Bhanwari Devi case

Jodhpur, Dec 5: CBI has announced a reward of Rs 5 lakh on the information of a man who has been accused of disposing off Bhanwari Devi's body.

The investigative agency is yet to find on Bhanwari's whereabouts as she is missing since Sep 1. Malkhan Singh, Congress MLA and others Rajasthan leaders were questioned by the agency on her missing.

CBI accused former Rajasthan Water Resources Minister Mahipal Maherna's for his alleged involvement in the missing case. It was reported that Bhanwari was blackmailing Maderna on the sex CD in which Maderna and Bhanwari were found in a compromising position.

Shahabuddin, another main accused had confessed his crime to the officials.
