WB: Maoists all set to kill Mamata Banerjee, shows IB report

Kolkata, Nov 18: The red-ultras are all set to assassinate West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and her close aides in Trinamool Congress (TMC) party, a latest report by the Intelligence Bureau (IB) says on Friday, Nov 18.

Mamata and her other top party leaders - Shubhendu Adhikary and Union Minister of State, Shipping, Mukul Roy along with others are in the Maoists list, says the report.

According to sources, the ultras want to blow up Mamata and her team in a major blast and they seems to be all set to kill West Bengal CM and the Co.

The latest information surfaced in the media after Mamata resumed anti-Maoists activities at Jangal-Mahal in the state following the failure of the peace talks between the government appointed interlocutors and the ultras.

Meanwhile, a Maoist couple, who have been accused of many gruesome acts in the past, on Thursday surrendered before the CM in Writers' Building in Kolkata responding to Mamata's rehab-package for Maoists.

Citing the above development, it seems that when one part of the red-ultras are responding to the call by the West Bengal CM, another part seems to continue with their anti-Mamata acts.
