Man molests married woman, films her in nude

New Delhi, Nov 2: A man has been arrested on charges of allegedly molesting and filming a woman in nude, said police.

The man, a businessman by profession invited the woman to visit his residence after which he committed the crime, said police.

A case has been registered with the Delhi police station, he said.

"We recorded her statement when the woman approached us on October 25. She has accused Krishnan of having molested her. On the basis of her statement, the man has been charged with assault and use of criminal force to outrage modesty and wrongful confinement. As it was a sensitive matter, we launched a manhunt for the accused and nabbed him on Monday. We are investigating the matter," said the police officer.

According to the victim, the accused who was her acquaintance refused to let her go despite her insistance that he let her go following which he undressed her, clicked her snaps and made a obscence video of her.

The accused then refused to give back the victim her clothes despite her repeated pleas. The victim however, returned home the next day in morning and narrated the whole incidence to her husband after which a police complaint was lodged.
