First F1 insult, Metallica organisers arrested for fraud

Expected to be a "loud and explosive" performance, the concert was called off at the last moment on Friday and was postponed to Saturday.
Irate fans created a ruckus after the show got cancelled and vandalized property and other arrangements there.
Organisers claimed that the performance was postponed due to “technical faults". The fans who were expecting a head-banging treat were visibly disappointed especially since they had shelled out between Rs 1,650 to Rs 2,750 for the event.
The band members had arrived in India on Friday and was all set for a rocking performance. The members include lead guitarist Kirk Hammett (who joined the band in 1983), bassist Robert Trujillo, who sing and play alongside James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich.
As many as 20,000 fans gathered at the Leisure Valley Ground in Gurgaon where the concert was scheduled to be held.
The bands next performance will be held in Bangalore on Sunday.
