Bangalore: Hurt BS Yeddyurappa heads back to jail
BJP MLA Renukacharaya said that the tainted former chief minister was being targetted by the media ever since his arrest and that is hurting the BJP leader to core.
Yeddyurappa was shifted back to the jail on his request and will continue to receive his treatment in the jail, he said.
BS Yeddyurappa was shifted to the Victoria Hospital after he was discharged from Jayadeva Hospital on Tuesday citing depression as the reason.
The BJP leader was arrested after high drama on Saturday, Oct 15 after he was charged in a land allotment case. Hours after his arrest, Yeddyurappa complained of chest pain following which he was hospitalised for treatment.
Meanwhile, Yeddyurappa's bail plea has been adjourned by the Karnataka High Court till Oct 20. Yeddyurappa has been remanded to judicial custody till Oct 22 by a Special Lokayukta Court.
