Bhutan calling: Indian girl to marry Bhutan King on oct 13

Sanawar (Himachal Pradesh), Sept 16: Bhutan's 31-year-old king Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck will tie the knot with India's well educated bride from Himachal Pradesh Jetsun Pema on Oct 13, 2011 said by an official of her alma mater on Friday (Today) at Himachal Pradesh.

Alma mater said that Jetsun was an alumna of the prestigious Lawrence School in the Kasauli hills of Himachal and her younger sister Serchen Doma is still studying in Lawrence. The family has applyed leave for Jetsun younger sister to attend the wedding.

Bhutan king ,Wangchuck, the Oxford-educated Bhutan king had decleared in his inaugural address to the Himalayan nation's parliament May 20, 2011 that he planned to marry Jetsun in October.
